October is Priest Appreciation Month This year, we invite all parishioners to take a prayer for one of our priests (their names are on them) and pray for him throughout the month of October. There is an opportunity to write a message of thanks to the priest on the back of the paper. We invite anyone who wants to, to fill it out at the end of October, and place the paper in the basket that will be provided. The prayers are available for the taking on the back table. Book of Remembrance
The Book of Remembrance is now available, and will be throughout the month of October. Please print the names of your deceased loved ones in the Book and our parish will pray for them throughout the month of November. We will also pray for them, as well as all the people who have been laid to rest from our parish over the past year. The names of those who have died this year will be read at our Mass of Remembrance on November 7th at 7:30 PM. All are welcome to join us for this liturgy to remember and pray for all of our beloved dead. (brought to you by the Liturgy Preperation Team). |
