The celebration of the Eucharist is the "source and summit" of what we do as Catholic Christians. We encourage all the faithful to participate fully in the Mass: praying the prayers and responses together, raising our voices in song, actively listening to the Word of God, walking together in procession to receive Christ in the Eucharist, and offering all that we do and all that we are to our Lord Jesus Christ.
It is our hope that anyone who enters our Church will find God's Presence truly alive both in the Sacrament and in one another, and that they will leave nurtured, fulfilled and challenged to live more perfectly the life to which Christ has called them.
Our Sunday 12:30 PM contemporary service offers features modern worship songs from our contemporary worship team (guitar, keys, bass and drums)
For Kids! Little Children of God - @ the 8:30 am & 10:30 am Masses
Children from ages three to seven are welcome to participate in a Children's Liturgy of the Word at the 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM Masses through the school year. The children are dismissed before the first reading, and then experience God's Word through song, games and crafts during the Liturgy of the Word at Mass. The children return to Mass after the Prayer of the Faithful.
LCoG will take a break during the summer from Sunday, July 6 and resume Sunday, September 7.
Cleaning out your craft area?
Children outgrown that crafty stage? Little Children of God would be happy to put your items to work. Any donation of craft items you would like to make to our ministry would be appreciated. Mostly construction paper and glue sticks are what we use but anything that you have laying around and think could be used we're happy to accept. No need to go out and buy items, just if you have things at home and are looking to find a "new home" for them. Bring them to the 8:30 or 10:30 Mass and send them in with the children when they are dismissed. Thank you so much.
Infant Baptism Now Offered At Mass
On most 2nd Sundays of the month, we will offer families the opportunity to celebrate the Baptism of their infants at either the 10:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. Mass (depending on our schedule). If you would like to arrange your baby's Baptism at Mass (or at one of our Baptism ceremonies any other week) please call the Parish Office at 732-370-0500 .

Time to sign up for St. Al's Choir!
The Adult Choir is seeking motivated and committed people with a willingness to serve. We need your voices to help support our parish community and the music ministry here at St. Aloysius. Help us acquire an uplifting atmosphere of worship. We are in need of sopranos, altos, tenors and bass. So this fall and winter, spend your time in good fellowship with other parishioners who are current members of the choir and share in the joy of sung praise. This ministry requires you to be present for one weekly rehearsal and one weekend liturgy. Our rehearsals are starting up again on Thursday, September 5th from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. What requirements do you need? All you need to have is good pitch, a heart for worship and maybe a little bit of patience.
For further information, contact Gina Corrao by email email@example.com or leave a message for her in the Parish Office at 732-370-0500 ext 217. Please consider being part of this inspiring ministry. Though it does take work and commitment, it will be rewarding in so many ways.
Please note: Our Youth Choir will be starting up again the first week of October. More information to follow.
